Five Tips for Increasing Penis Sensitivity Without Drugs

[ad_1]

Loss of penis sensation is a common problem, even in younger men. Manufacturers of impotence drugs and penile enhancements often use this to their advantage to market pharmaceuticals that are generally ineffective and may cause harmful side effects. What many men do not realize is that penis sensitivity can be treated without resorting to drugs and gimmicks by following a few simple tips. In addition, regular use of a formula containing penis-specific vitamins and minerals can help to maintain normal sensitivity of the penis and may even assist in restoring lost penile sensitivity. The following suggestions are often all that is needed to rejuvenate the penis skin and boost the enjoyment of sex.

Relax and enjoy the moment

Although the erogenous skin of the penis obviously plays a big role in sexual stimulation, research has shown that sexual desire and satisfaction is primarily a mental process. Men who are able to relax and enjoy the process of sex, rather than focusing on the end result, tend to have deeper and more satisfying orgasms.

Try something new

Men who find themselves in a rut, masturbating in the same manner every time or going for a jackrabbit effect during intercourse, are prone to loss of penis sensation. This problem may occur when the penis skin is desensitized by the constant friction, similar to the callouses that develop on the hands over time as a result of physical labor.

Mixing it up – using feathers or other toys, or just the tips of the fingers – to stimulate the skin on other parts of the body can create a new range of sensations that lead to arousal, giving the penis skin a break and allowing men to enjoy greater sensitivity and pleasure during sex.

Avoid tobacco use and limit the intake of alcohol

Chemical substances such as tobacco and alcohol can wreak havoc on the circulatory and nervous system. Regular smoking, in particular, can lead to desensitization of the penis and limit the ability to enjoy sex. Since smoking is bad for the health on many levels, there is nothing to lose and everything to gain by quitting. In addition, limiting alcohol consumption to no more than a few drinks each week can improve the body’s ability to heal and to rejuvenate damaged skin and nerve cells that may cause loss of penis sensitivity.

Wear soft, loose-fitting clothing

Wearing restrictive clothing can interfere with circulation, limiting the amount of blood flow to the penis and inhibiting penis sensation. In addition, rough fabrics that constantly rub against the penis skin can cause penile desensitization over time. Wearing looser, breathable clothing (all-natural fabrics are best) can improve blood flow to the area and prevent chafing and long-term damage to the skin.

Use a daily vitamin formula

Vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids are just as important to penis health as they are to the rest of the body. Here are just some of the nutrients that play an essential role in penis sensitivity and overall penis health:

– Vitamin A promotes youthful, supple penis skin that is receptive to tactile stimulation;

– Vitamin C supports the circulatory system and maintains the skin’s natural elasticity, as well as helping the body to fight off the effects of chemical damage from tobacco, alcohol and other harmful substances;

– Vitamin E creates a natural moisture barrier, preventing drying and dehydration of the penis skin that can cause the buildup of toughened skin cells that often results in loss of penis sensation.

– Natural oils such as shea butter moisturize the skin, leaving it smooth and responsive without irritation.

Choosing a penis sensitivity treatment

While numerous skin crèmes are available that contain some combination of the above ingredients, not all of these are appropriate for application to the penis. Many skin moisturizers contain fragrances and other chemicals that can actually cause irritation, which is a factor in penile sensation loss. In order to receive the maximum benefits of these and other essential vitamins and minerals, use of a penis health formula (most health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that is applied directly to the target area is advised.

Tips on How to Improve Eyesight Naturally

In a way, exerting effort to boost your vision naturally is better than relying on contact lenses and glasses. Why is this?

These vision aids provide clear eyesight by altering refraction which can worsen vision overtime. Contact lenses and glasses fixes your eye focus but it does not work to treat the root cause of the problem. Doing eye exercises and training your vision naturally on the other hand deal with the factors that cause poor or blurry vision. The methods of improving your eyesight naturally helps relax the eye muscles and enhance blood circulation in the eye area.

The following are some useful tips on how to improve eyesight naturally:

  • Perform eye exercises regularly. This will naturally improve vision and correct underlying cause of eyesight problems. A good eye exercise you can do is blinking your eyes quickly for a few seconds and close them. After a few seconds, open them again and repeat the same 3-4 times. Another exercise is nodding your head up and down and while you’re doing this, focus your eyes on the ceiling and your toes respectively. If you work in front of the computer, stare at distant objects for at least 30 seconds after every hour to exercise your eyes and avoid straining them.
  • Maintain a healthy diet. Eating healthy, this is one of the best tips on how to improve eyesight naturally. Include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet and notice your eyesight become sharper. Opt for vegetables and fruits that contain essential vitamins which are beneficial to the eyes like coloured vegetables like pumpkin and carrots. Reducing your intake of sugary foods will also help you improve your eye vision if you have poor eyesight.

Make sure that no light enters your eyes and remain in that position for 10 minutes.
  • Get enough sleep. Another useful tip on how to improve eyesight naturally is to get adequate sleep. Not having enough sleep can cause tired eyes, eyestrain, blurred vision and other problems. You use your eyes to focus on things during the daytime and sleep is your body’s way of shutting them and relaxing them properly. 8 hours is the recommended hours of sleep to help relax the eye muscles and improve their focusing power in the daytime.
  • Take dietary supplements. Dietary supplements when taken in the right dosage can also improve vision. The best supplements for the eyes are those based on vitamin E, vitamin C, zinc and omega-3 fatty acids. You cannot overdose on vitamin C but you must watch your dosage of the others. Make use of these dietary supplements under strict medical supervision.

Aside from these tips on how to improve eyesight naturally, avoiding stress is also a good way to keep your eyes healthy. Following a proper eye care is also necessary to make eyesight better. It goes without saying that you must avoid immersing yourself in hours after hours of TV watching, facing your computer all day, reading until your eyes water, etc. Always take some time out of your daily work to relax your eyes – this won’t take more than a few minutes and can do you a lot of good to keep your vision sharp and clear for always.

These tips on how to improve eyesight naturally should help you boost your vision without relying in medicines and resorting to using contacts and glasses.

Eating for Penis Health – 5 Foods for a Perky Penis

[ad_1]

They say a man is what he eats; and though some men might wish their diets could consist of nothing more than pizza, hot wings, beer and chocolate chip cookie dough, it certainly wouldn’t take long before the midsection to become a little doughy as a result. So, in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body, it is important to watch the amount of calories being taken in and balance out the junk food with foods packed with fiber, vitamins and nutrients. Men will also be happy to know that along with selecting foods for a healthier body, there are certain foods that help improve the health of the penis. Find out what foods should go into the grocery cart every week for better penis health.

Eating for Penis Health

Just like the rest of the body, the penis relies on certain vitamins and minerals to achieve maximum health and erectile function. Below are a few foods to add to the old shopping list to perk up the pecker.

  • Oysters: Probably the most well-known aphrodisiac, oysters have been scientifically proven to get the old blood pumping. This is due to the high level of zinc they are packing; and they have also been shown to up a man’s production of testosterone, making oysters the perfect food for date night.
  • Bananas: Maybe it is just a coincidence that bananas have a phallic shape of their own, but the sweet fruit can do a positive number on the manhood, as well. Bananas are packed with potassium, which helps keep sodium levels in balance, the blood pressure in check, and the circulation pumping. High blood pressure not only increases one’s risk of heart disease, it is also a common factor that plays into erectile problems in men.
  • Coffee: Packed with caffeine, coffee not only serves as an eye opener every morning, it also boosts the metabolism. Many men have found a cuppa’ Joe fuels their energy and can give them an extra boost in the bedroom.
  • Red wine: Anybody looking for an excuse to have a glass of wine knows that the red varietals are especially high in antioxidants, which do the heart good. Red wine can actually enhance the body’s production of nitric oxide, which helps blood vessels to expand and circulation to be increased. Thus, red wine works in the body to enhance erections – but don’t drink too much if there are plans in the bedroom – as too much alcohol will really make things go south.
  • Watermelon: This juicy fruit can help a man’s juices get flowing as it is ripe with the amino acid citrulline, which is converted and eventually helps the body produce nitric oxide – just like red wine – to pump up a man’s erection. Who wants wine and watermelon for dinner tonight?

Other Sources of Vitamins

Sometimes getting the right amount of vitamins and minerals from food alone just isn’t possible – despite one’s best effort to eat well. Luckily, there are other ways to ensure the penis is getting the nutrients it needs, even with the daily diet has failed. Using an all-natural penis vitamin formula (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil) on a daily basis will ensure the penis is getting the nutrients it needs to maintain a healthy love life. A perfectly balanced penis lotion can improve sensitivity, improve the look and feel of the penis skin, and fight other conditions of aging to keep the penis looking and feeling great. Gently rub the formula on the penis immediately after taking a shower to deliver the vitamins and nutrients right where they are needed most. Plus, by applying the vitamins topically, they are completely absorbed, with no essential nutrients going to waste – unlike oral supplements which are broken down in the digestive system and excreted. Simply apply the lotion and go about the rest of the day; it is that easy.

Graves’ Disease Diet Tips You Probably Don’t Know About

[ad_1]

Before I discuss some Graves’ Disease diet tips that can help restore your health back to normal, let me first tell you that not only am I a licensed healthcare professional, but I was personally diagnosed with Graves’ Disease. And nutrition definitely played a huge role in restoring my health back to normal. I will warn you that being a holistic doctor I am biased towards natural treatment methods, so while most endocrinologists label Graves” Disease as “incurable”, based on my own personal experience I believe that Graves” Disease can be cured, and one’s diet is important in restoring their health.

So if you are looking for Graves’ Disease diet tips that will help restore your health back to normal, then you are going to enjoy reading the following information. As I just mentioned, diet can play a big role in treating Graves” Disease naturally. However, I will tell you that while eating healthy and incorporating nutritional supplements can be beneficial, there are other factors that will also play a role in your recovery, which I will briefly mention in this article.

I also will warn you that different doctors will have varying opinions as to what is considered to be “healthy” with regards to one’s diet. And let’s be honest for a moment…nobody eats the “perfect” diet, as in my opinion it’s okay to be “bad” every now and then. For example, I consulted with a patient once who loved milkshakes, which as you might guess isn’t too healthy. And while it would be ideal for this person to completely eliminate milkshakes from her diet, having one every so often usually isn’t a big deal. And the same goes with other foods.

Of course there are exceptions. For example, someone with celiac disease probably won’t be able to eat a gluten-based food “every now and then” without having a bad reaction. Another example involves someone who can’t “settle” for a milkshake every now and then, or an occasional slice of pizza, etc. In other words, some are better off staying away completely from the “bad” foods, or else they begin consuming too much of it.

Testing For Food Allergies Is A Good Idea

Anyway, one of the first things I will recommend before anyone changes their eating habits is to get tested for food allergies. Going to a regular allergy doctor might not be the best option, as usually they will test for only IgE antibodies. You might want to visit a holistic doctor and receive an ELISA/EIA panel, which also measures the IgG antibodies, and is usually more accurate (although this does depend on the lab that performs the test).

Another alternative is to consider a GI Health Panel. The company Diagnos-Techs offers this type of test, which measures the health of the gastrointestinal tract and includes over one dozen tests that utilize saliva and stool specimens. They also offer a FIP-Food Intolerance Panel, that will determine whether you are allergic to four of the most common foods (gluten, soy, milk, and egg proteins).

A less costly method is to conduct an elimination diet, where you eliminate all of the common food allergens (wheat, soy, dairy, etc.), and then slowly introduce a potential allergen, one at a time. There are different ways of doing this, but here is an example. You can go on a purification program (described shortly), and then once the purification program is completed, introduce wheat for 3 days, and see how your body reacts. Just make sure you don’t add more than one potential allergen, as if you were to add both wheat and dairy for example, and had a bad reaction, you wouldn’t know which allergen was responsible.

A Purification Program Can Be Beneficial

As I just mentioned, many people can benefit from a purification program. There are different types of these programs, and when doing one it is wise to be under the guidance of a competent healthcare professional. When I put one of my patients on a purification program, I prefer having them avoid gluten, dairy, soy, and other common allergens for at least twenty one days. Once again, the reason for this is because they are common allergens.

On the other hand, I encourage them to eat plenty of vegetables, some fruits, as well as chicken, turkey, and certain types of fish. I do recommend that they purchase organic food, at least with regards to the meats. While it would be great if they can buy everything organic, I realize some people can’t afford this, and so if you must pick and choose, I’d recommend to eat organic meat, and try to stay away from non-organic vegetables and fruits that are high in pesticides. These aren’t necessarily the only foods I recommend, as most people can consume a small quantity of raw nuts (sunflower seeds, almonds, etc.), as well as some other foods.

An Actual Example Of A Graves” Disease Diet:

Here is an example of a daily protocol when I first went on my Graves’ Disease diet. Keep in mind that this is just an example, and is not a diet that I stayed on permanently (although it did train me to eat better, and I still eat healthy to this day):

Breakfast:

• Protein drink which contained 2 cups of purified water, I cup of mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries), a healthy form of protein powder, and 1 teaspoon of flax seed oil (after one month I added one raw organic egg to this).

Mid-morning snack:

• Organic apples and raw sunflower seeds

Lunch:

• Grilled chicken salad: organic mixed greens and spinach, organic grilled chicken

Mid-afternoon snack:

• Another protein drink (very filling, and actually tastes pretty good)

Dinner:

• Organic roasted turkey

• Some type of vegetable (i.e. squash)

After-Dinner Snack:

• 1 cup of raw nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, cashews)

Although this diet is relatively healthy, you’ll notice that it isn’t perfect. I probably should have incorporated more vegetables, but overall it was a healthy diet. Today I still eat healthy, but I do incorporate some whole grains occasionally (for example, I will have a turkey wrap or sandwich with whole wheat bread), and every now and then I’ll even go out and get some pizza, eat some chocolate, etc.

If you currently eat a lot of junk food and/or have strong sweet and carbohydrate cravings, I wouldn’t expect you to change overnight. Under such circumstances it is best to take it slow, and when I first consult with a patient that has strong sweet and carb cravings, I put them on a protocol to help them get rid of these cravings, and thus make the transition to a healthier diet much easier. I personally was brought up eating foods like Fruit Loops, Burger King Whoppers and fries, and drank plenty of Hawaiian Punch. And while I was already eating much healthier when I was diagnosed with Graves” Disease, when I first began trying to eat healthy it did take some time.

Drink Plenty Of Purified Water

You also want to drink plenty of purified water during this time, and avoid any soft drinks, and even most juices, which can be high in sugar. As for what type of water you should drink, different doctors have different opinions, but I recommend either water that has gone through a reverse osmosis process or distillation, and then is enhanced with minerals. Some will disagree with me, preferring water without minerals added. Either way, stay away from the tap water, and I’d also be cautious about drinking spring water unless if you know the source is a good quality.

What Are Goitrogens?

There are also certain goitrogens you should try your best to avoid. Goitrogens interfere with the function of the thyroid gland, which admittedly isn’t as big of a factor in someone with a hyperthyroid condition like Graves” Disease as it would be with someone with a hypothyroid condition. But still, you want to at least minimize the following foods, and some of them you will want to avoid completely. I personally ate some of the following goitrogens in moderation (i.e. spinach and broccoli), while completely avoiding others (i.e. soy). Anyway, here are some of the goitrogens to be aware of:

• Soy

• Broccoli

• Brussel sprouts

• Cauliflower

• Kale

• Spinach

• Turnips

• Peaches

• Strawberries

Where Should You Shop?

As for where should you shop, although you can shop at your local health food store, I personally like Trader Joes, which is a national chain that has plenty of natural and organic food at affordable prices. Some “regular” grocery stores, and even places like Wal-Mart sell some natural and organic food as well. While my wife and I love shopping at Trader Joes for most of our items, we do buy some of our foods at a local health food store, and a few items in a “regular” supermarket.

Other Factors Besides Diet Can Impact Your Health

Besides eating healthy, there are some other factors that can affect your health. Since it’s difficult to get all of the vitamins and minerals you need through your diet, taking some quality nutritional supplements can be beneficial (i.e. B vitamins, Vitamin D, iodine, essential fatty acids, a multi-mineral supplement, etc.). As I’m sure you know, it’s also beneficial to be on a regular exercise program. Another big factor for people with Graves” Disease is to manage the stress in their lives, as while just about everyone has to deal with stress, we all have different coping mechanisms. And those people that don’t do a good job of managing the stress in their lives are more likely to have stressed out adrenal glands, which can both lead to and exacerbate an autoimmune condition.

Should You Consult With A Natural Endocrine Doctor?

While many endocrinologists label Graves” Disease as being incurable, the truth is that many people like myself are turning to natural treatment methods to help restore the function of the thyroid gland, and thus avoid anti-thyroid drugs and radioactive iodine. A competent natural doctor that focuses on endocrine disorders can help you with your diet, recommend quality supplements, and put you on a complete program that can potentially restore your health back to normal. While not everyone is a candidate for natural treatment methods, most people can benefit from following a natural treatment protocol.

So for those looking for an ideal Graves’ Disease diet, hopefully you have a better idea as to what foods you should eat when diagnosed with this condition. Truth to be told, most people should eat a healthy diet consisting of whole foods, regardless of whether or not they have an autoimmune thyroid disorder or not. Doing so can actually help prevent the development of such conditions, along with incorporating other lifestyle factors, such as exercising regularly, obtaining quality sleep, and doing a good job of managing stress. But for someone with Graves” Disease, eating healthy can definitely help to improve their health, and is thus extremely important.

Tips For Increasing Height

[ad_1]

The soul is beyond the body and hence from this perspective, it is immaterial how tall or short a person is. The true height of a person is his or her character and deeds.

Yet, tall height is a natural ambition of humans. I agree that in current context it is partly because of the glamour associated with tall height. If that were the driver for any urge for height increase, the efforts would defeat the purpose. Because the true purpose for height increase should stem from an earnest desire to achieve as much of our potential as we can. A tall height represents complete growth of the body and hence we should endeavor to achieve that complete growth.

Height does vary from person to person as per his or her genetics, climate and other conditions. Thus blanket comparison of height with others is not a right approach. Instead the correct approach should be to keep as healthy as possible to gain complete growth of body.

I was born as a medium height child. Till age of 17, my height did not grow much. At age of 17, at just above 5 feet, I was among the short students of my class and often ridiculed for being short and thin. Very honestly, at times I did feel humiliated at tended to avoid public company to the extent possible. The matter got worse because I could see many other boys who were shorter than me few years ago now surpassing me.

But for once, I decided to no more rationalize and act as an ostrich. I decided to take my concern heads-on. I changed my complete life-pattern. For next two years, I committed to new patterns and by the time I was nineteen, I was 5’11” and had an extremely flexible and agile body. Today I have a height of above 6 feet.

In this article, I would share those tips that I followed in my height transformation process. I am sure these will benefit one and all in achieving their maximum potential:

Tip 1: Mind Power

Our body responds to our thoughts. As per our thought patterns, appropriate hormones are secreted and physiological changes happen accordingly. Positive thoughts reverse aging process and improve health. Negative thoughts accelerate aging process and stunt growth. Thus first critical step for height gain is to reprogram your thought patterns. Not only it will help you increase height, but also bring benefits in all areas of your life. To me, it made me a diligent person that helped me get admission in IIT. Here are specific suggestions on mind programming for height-gain:

  1. Refuse to accept that you are born unhealthy and short. Visualize yourself as having the most perfect health and live every moment in that vision.
  2. Stop compromising on matters of quality. Keep demanding as much as you can think of, from yourself.
  3. Imagine that your height is increasing every moment with every movement of yours.
  4. Stop traits of anger, helplessness and dejection.

Remember that will power is the key. Once you get a good grasp on it, rest would work automatically. If you try out these tips without strong will-power, it would never work. This secret gets you everything you want in life.

Tip 2: Food

Simply stop junk, fried, spicy and oily food. I cannot stress further the importance of simple, nutritious, healthy food. Our body is made out of food we eat. We grow from a baby of few inches to a full-grown adult only through food we eat. Food is the raw material used to build our building that we call body. How can you expect a strong building to be built if you use inferior raw material from junkyard?

Following are certain recommendations that have helped me:

  1. Eating at least two hours before sleep
  2. Having a light dinner
  3. Regular consumption of sprouts
  4. Having regular eating schedule and avoiding habit of munching every now and then
  5. Avoiding consumption of tea, coffee, cold-drinks, ice-cream, chocolates etc
  6. Regular use of trifala powder in night or early morning
  7. Eating lots of fresh fruits
  8. Drinking lots of water
  9. Walking for 10-15 minutes after meals
  10. Eating soaked almonds in morning. The gulbandi variety is best.
  11. Eating in sukhasan. This posture is a wonderful gift of our ancient seers.

Tip 3: Exercise

Human body is built to work hard and live actively. More we avoid physical labor, more we become prone to underdevelopment, faster aging and ailments. Make a habit of doing rigorous workouts at least thrice a week and normal exercises in rest of the days.

My routine in those days was as follows:

  1. Waking up by 5 am and having a variety of workouts till 8 am. These included mix and match of following:
  • Running and jogging
  • Flexibility and stretching
  • Martial Arts practice
  • Asans and Pranayams
  • Meditation
  1. In evening I used to go for Taekwondo exercises thrice a week. The practice of high kicks is extremely beneficial
  2. On Sundays, we used to go to play cricket.

This active routine worked wonders on my body and activity.

Would request all health-seekers to join taekwondo lessons close-by. Taekwondo differs from other martial arts. In taekwondo, emphasis is on high kicks and free stretching which helps body grow. In many other martial arts, focus is on restricting body movements within a small region. Thus it seems to restrict height of a person.

Similarly weight-training should be avoided for first 20 years of life. That should be replaced with free hand exercises like pushups.

Many claim that Yogasan can help increase height. I even saw a video on it by a celebrated hathayogi. He gave a passionate speech in the video that seemed to showcase short height as source of all miseries and inferiority complex. Ironically the hathayoga guru himself appeared not more than five and a half feet!

The fact is that hathayoga is being overemphasized bit too much these days and its benefits are being over-inflated as a marketing gimmick. Certain asans do benefit but in essence it’s the overall package of healthy lifestyle which is effective. Replace these hathasans with any kind of aerobic physical activity and results would be exactly the same. Perhaps even more!

Having said this, certain postures are quite useful for height growth. These should be added in one’s fitness routine – chakrasana, halasana, sarvangasana, pashchimatanasana, pavanmuktasana, hastapadasana, mayurasana. Among Pranayams, the only pranayams I have found to be truly effective are Bahya Pranayam, Abhyantara and Chaturtha Pranayama. These provide all the benefits that are claimed from variety of breathing practices like Anulom Vilom, Bhastrika etc. These pranayams with rigorous cardio in open air gives all the benefit you desire from a fitness regime.

Do ensure that you develop a habit of deep breathing. We shall discuss the art of deep breathing in a separate article.

Tip 4: Miscellaneous

  1. Sleep well. More you work out, more the rest required by your body. Especially for growth, you should ensure that you do not deprive your body from much needed rest.
  2. Sleep early. Work so hard in the day that you tend to fall asleep by 10 pm. Wake up by 5 or 6 depending upon your comfort. I prefer varying the waking time as per my body needs. Avoid late night sittings.
  3. Keep spine straight
  4. While standing, try to stretch your entire body up. At times come on your toes for a full stretch. You can even raise your hands for a fuller stretch. In more formal occasions, you can stand normally and yet try stretching your entire body without raising your toes. Keep doing it every now and then. If you are in a bus, try if you can stretch up without coming on toes and touch the ceiling with head.
  5. Do not settle in one static position for long. Keep moving and changing postures. Remain active and give body a small workout every moment.

Tip 5: Brahmachraya (Control of mind)

Needless to say, all of this works only with a perfect control over mind. Make a habit of challenging your mind with even more control every moment. Once mind is mastered, the world will be at your feet, height is a petty thing.

To develop this mastery and realize what the real fun of life is, following is advised. More you practice, more you gain:

  1. Stop putting your mind in all form of sensory inputs that tend to promote lustful thought patterns – romantic/vulgar songs, movies, literature, company. These generate hormones which speed up the ageing process and stunt complete natural growth.
  2. Stop watching the idiot box. Apart from dumbing the mind, it makes your breath shallow and hence causes stunted growth.
  3. Similarly avoid video games, iPods and other mind-dumbing tools.
  4. Stop digging too much into stale newspaper. Use it only for keeping you updated. Filling your mind with depressing stories of past, the first thing in morning, is the worst treatment you can give to yourself who is naturally programmed to be always forward looking.
  5. Prepare actionable plans. Avoid discussions and analyses which have no relevance to practical application and are merely time-wasters.
  6. Needless to say, avoid all acts which lead to loss of vital energy and semen.

We shall discuss the subject of Brahmacharya in detail in another article and dispel certain myths surrounding the subject. Brahmacharya is the greatest potential remedy for all humans living today and needs a right, relevant and correct representation.

Please share your feedback with these practices. They should start giving results in a few months. Apart from a full body growth, you would also gain a healthy body and confident attitude.

Stretch to your fullest potential!

Silky Smooth Penis Skin – How to Keep Penis Skin Smooth and Supple to Increase Sexual Pleasure

[ad_1]

Silky smooth penis skin is just so touchable and luxuriant, especially to anyone lucky enough to enjoy this lovely tactile experience. It also means that the penis skin is healthy and cared for, and when skin of the penis is in optimal condition, it is invigorated and more sensitive and receptive to stimulation. This, of course, leads to better sex and improves sexual function.

Ignoring Penis Skin Can Lead to Problems

There are many problems associated with ignoring the skin of the penis. These include:

Penis skin that is not cared for can become dry and scaly – This is unsightly and does not encourage sexual activity. In fact, it can be a real turn-off for your partner, and may even reduce sexual confidence.

Penis skin can become desensitized – If the skin of the penis is not cared for then it can become hardened and not as receptive to the touch. This means that sexual excitement can be reduced during foreplay and sexual intercourse, which can reduce the intensity of climax and overall sexual satisfaction.

Penis skin is a protective barrier – Healthy skin of the penis protects the human body from infection and illness as it forms a protective barrier between major organs and the outside world. With cracked or broken skin of the penis it is possible, during sexual intercourse and masturbation, to have harmful bacteria enter the body and create illness.

Penis skin is an insulator – When the skin of the penis is in optimal condition it maintains the temperature of the penis. This, of course, prevents the penis from feeling the cold more than it should, which means that its size and functionality is maintained.

What Does Silky Smooth Penis Skin Mean to You and Your Partner?

With healthy penis skin comes more pleasure. The skin of the penis has an improved sensitivity and this then creates a more dynamic sex life. Plus, it is enjoyable to touch, which will increase the longevity of foreplay and the likelihood of fellatio, if this is what you and your partner enjoy. It may also encourage your partner to be more adventurous, and experiment in the bedroom, taking their time to stroke, fondle and tickle your penis, further heightening your climax.

Better Sex with Better Penis Skin

A satisfying sex life leads to happiness and contentment, but with healthy penis skin often a new found confidence is gained. Not only does the penis look good, but it feels great. This may then lead to more sex and a possible increase in sexual enjoyment, especially, if previously, the owner of the penis felt self-conscious of the condition of their skin.

How to Get Smooth Silky Penis Skin

The best way to improve the health of your penis skin is as follows:

Eat a balanced diet that includes mono-saturated fats – This is a healthy fat that prevents your skin from becoming dry and flaky. Some great sources of this are olive oil, nuts, and mackerel, as well as herring, tomatoes, avocado, and egg yolk.

Use a natural cleansing product – Avoid dyed and perfumed skin cleansing products for cleansing the penis, instead use natural cleansers such as, goat milk or olive oil soap.

Don’t exfoliate – Some areas of the skin are more sensitive than others. So, while it is okay to exfoliate say the legs, arms, and torso, it is not recommended that the skin of the penis be treated in the same manner. Exfoliating this area of the body will decrease sensitivity and could possibly lead to the hardening of the skin. This, in turn, will lessen sexual excitement and pleasure, and may even reduce sexual function.

Apply a penis specific moisturizer daily – Use a penis specific creme daily (health professionals often recommend Man1 Man Oil) which is rich in essential vitamins and minerals. Products such as this are said to increase penis skin elasticity and sensitivity, as well appearance, and can improve sexual function and pleasure.

Multivitamin Comparison – From Empty Air to Massively Boosting Health

[ad_1]

Multivitamins – who uses them? Well, you probably do, Americans spend $4,000,000,000 a year on multivitamins alone. 70 % Australians are no less keen on them, spending a tiny $2,300,000,000, and yes … that is a ton of zeros!!

Who needs them? Well the number of people that can say that every day they honestly eat a well-balanced diet of containing lots of fruits, nuts and vegetables, whole grains, dairy, along with chicken and fish is not just low, it is merely non-existent. Of the people who think they are doing well, most do not realize the sheer quantities that have to be consumed to maintain that ‘well-balanced diet’.

Okay, so almost everyone needs a multivitamin, but which one to choose? Having 30,000+ vitamins on the market presents so much choice it normally is a case of finding the bottle you think looks the nicest … or the cheapest. After all, a vitamin is a vitamin right?

Fortunately, 7 Canadian and American biochemists have come to rescue us from our ignorance. They looked at and compared what is in each of these multivitamins by separating and measuring each ingredient – that is, vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and other components.

They put together the ‘perfect’ multivitamin, which actually does not exist as some vitamins needs to be taken separately and it would be the size of large chestnut, and rather difficult to swallow!

They examined how absorbable the vitamins were, whether they were in the right amounts/form and the variety of vitamins and minerals. Also looked at was having the vitamins in the right combinations for the body’s needs. The score was how close each one was to that perfect multivitamin out of 100%.

A staggering 50 out of the total 110 multivitamins did not even reach 10% and only the top 11 multivitamins were above 25% of what the human body needs on a daily basis.

The popular supermarket brands all featured below 10% possibly due to being forced to compete on price with other supermarkets. The downside for you, means the product you take every day is a hugely inferior supplement.

In other words, you get what you pay for. In some cases ignorance is bliss, in others it is a big wakeup call. My father has taken supplements for many years before and after he developed cancer and never once questioned the quality of what he was consuming. After reading this, he too, wondered why he ever thought not to research something so important to his health, when he did such a great job of researching anything else that he bought.

My advice, choose a multivitamin that is backed by a great company with a good reputation and do not just buy any old vitamin because of the price. You would be better off spending the money on something else.

5 Paleo Diet Tips

[ad_1]

Even when it seems that the information is overwhelming for what’s healthy and what’s not, it is possible to choose a healthy lifestyle that includes modern and manageable choices to accommodate any lifestyle. The Paleo Diet will allow you to eat healthy, enjoy your meals, and assist you in achieving real health and wellness!

The Paleo Diet does not include grains, dairy, sugars, or processed foods – none of which provide nutritional value and support disease-causing inflammation in the body. The Paleo Diet supports eating a healthy mix of organic safe meat, fresh vegetables, some fruit, some nuts and seeds… and of course, healthy fats and oils! “Food is our fuel” that makes the body run – what you put into your bod will become the building blocks for every cell, muscle, tissue, and organ. The old adage “you are what you eat” was surprisingly true.

Here are 5 easy tips to help you get started on your Paleo journey to a healthy lifestyle:

1) Pre-cook your food, even bring lunch to work. In order to minimize cooking time, cook large batches of food at the beginning of the week or several days in advance!

2) Keep a paleo-friendly meal replacement bar or shake in your desk or purse in case of a change of plans. Being un-prepared will lead to poor decision making.

3) Try a new vegetable – the more color, and the deeper the color, the more nutritious it is! For example, kale is one of my favorite superfoods and it’s very versatile – you can use it in recipes for smoothies, salads, and even cooking as a warm dinner side.

4) Don’t keep any food you don’t “want” to eat in the house… at all. Out of sight, out of mind. And no, your kids don’t need those chips and cookies either.

5) Learn how to use new spices. This will offer much more variety and flavors in your meals.

And speaking of planning, here’s a little inspiration for planning your healthy paleo-friendly snacks!

– Apple with almond butter

– Cinnamon Nuts (nuts dusted with cinnamon and baked at 250 degrees about 10-15 minutes)

– Hard boiled eggs

– “Guacamole” salad (equal amounts of cubed avocado and tomato, sprinkle with chopped red onion and cilantro)

– Fresh vegetable juice / smoothie

– Kale chips (coat kale in olive oil and cook at 250 degrees for approx. 20 mins.or until crisp)

Medications That May Affect Penis Health

[ad_1]

According to a recent study in California, USA the more prescription drugs imbibed into the body, the greater the risk of penis health problems such as impotence and erectile dysfunction. It is well known that certain medications can cause problems with erectile health (antidepressants, blood pressure medications, etc.) but also taking multiple drugs simultaneously can cause the chemicals to interact negatively with one another giving the patient additional health problems. US healthcare practitioners continue to advise patients to move towards beneficial lifestyle changes including the regular intake of vitamins and minerals, whilst taking daily exercise, and healthy eating, and to reduce medications wherever possible.

Antibiotics

Antibiotics are prescribed for many ailments: wounds, coughs, sinusitis, surgery, etc. Antibiotic ingredients such as erythromycin, tetracycline, nitrofurantoin and gentamycin have shown to affect male health negatively. Erythromycin interacts with the drug sildenafil, and gentamycin is toxic to the testes. In a study published in Experimental and Toxicological Pathology researchers found that tetracycline was toxic to both the testes and to sperm cells in both animals and humans. Tetracycline impaired testicular health, reduced testosterone levels, reduced fertility, and increased free radical damage. The harmful effects of the antibiotic were significantly reduced by supplementing with L-cysteine and vitamin C.

Heart Medications

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in adult men in the Western world. For many men, taking prescription medications to control blood pressure is a necessity, even if the negative impact on male sexual performance is understood; in many cases men simply feel they have no option.

Many types of blood pressure medications, including alpha-blockers, beta-blockers, and diuretics, reduce zinc and testosterone levels, damage libido, and adversely affect nerve functioning. These problems occur because the drugs reduce circulation to the peripheral areas, including the male reproductive system and the penis. In addition, beta-blockers may negatively affect the nervous system by sedating the user. While these medications may keep men alive for longer, they may also impact negatively on the quality of life. When erectile problems, low-libido or other symptoms arise, it is important to talk with the doctor about what other options might be available.

Prostate drugs

Half of men over the age of 50 experience some degree of benign prostate problems, including frequent urination at night, training to urinate and feeling that the bladder is not empty after urination. The most common drugs to battle these symptoms are the medications finasteride and dutasteride, 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors, designed to control androgen production which leads to non-cancerous growth of the prostate gland. 5-alpha-reductase inhibits are also commonly used for other problems, such as male baldness (alopecia).

A study from the Boston University School of Medicine, USA now confirms that these commonly used drugs do indeed impair male sexual health. Finasteride and dutasteride were found to be associated with symptoms of low-libido and depression in young as well as older men. Natural botanical extracts, such as saw palmetto, which are often purchased over-the-counter for prostate problems, may also contribute to low-libido, as they work on the 5-alpha-reductase enzymes similar to prostate medications.

Anti-depressants

According to Shubulade Smith, Senior Lecturer at Maudsley Hospital and Institute of Psychiatry, UK drugs that affect the nervous system are often notorious for causing erectile and libido problems in both men and women. Tricyclic antidepressants cause erectile dysfunction, MOAI’s cause erectile dysfunction and delayed ejaculation, and SSRI’s cause erectile dysfunction, low-libido, ejaculatory problems, and loss of orgasm while anti-epileptic, anti-psychotic and sleeping medication may also cause some sexual problems. Dr. Smith recommends talking to a doctor about what can be done to help the situation.

In a study funded by the University of California, USA researchers found extracts of the herb Ginkgo biloba significantly reduced the side effects of antidepressant medication (SSRI’s, MAOI’s, SNRI’s and tricyclics) on sexual function, improving erections, libido, excitement and orgasms.

Penis Health Crèmes

Health crèmes are nutrient-rich products that may help to protect the penis and the male reproductive system from damage from prescription medications. Clearly it is not practical for men to simply stop taking prescription medications, but in many cases the negative impact upon the male organ can be reduced.

Specialist formulas (most professionals recommend Man1Man Oil) include vitamin C for male hormone production, vitamin E for circulation and tissue health, L-carnitine for healthy fertility and libido, and alpha lipoic acid for nerve sensitivity. Penis health crèmes should not be contraindicated with any drugs or medications, as they are natural products rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Your Management Consultant Lifestyle and Diet Can Result in Healthy Weight Loss

[ad_1]

Despite the diet and lifestyle challenges of being a busy and successful Management Consultant, you can still lose weight fast and permanently. Here is a series of simple tips and techniques I used to lose 50lbs while working as a Management Consultant in 2007.

OK, how on earth do I find the time to exercise in this job? If you’re serious about losing weight, some sensible exercise is a must. There are plenty of other benefits too, such as better stress tolerance, improved sleep, enhanced love life and more energy throughout the day. Exercise gets rid of that mentally drained feeling for good.

I keep a folding cycle in the car, together with a high visibility jacket, cycle helmet, gloves and cycle lights. That way, whether at home or not, exercise needs are covered.

The best time to exercise is before breakfast. This energises the body for the day ahead, so set the alarm 30 minutes earlier. This way, you’re getting more out of the day and through exercise, quality of sleep will improve significantly. When you awake at 6.15am, instead of thinking “it’s cold outside” and hitting the snooze button, visualise how great you’re going to look and feel for the rest of the day after getting some gentle exercise.

Find a form of aerobic exercise that works for you and aim to work up a gentle sweat, rather than push yourself hard. Over-exercise can actually cause weight to be held around the middle through the release of cortisol, a stress hormone. Many people make the mistake of exercising hard once a week or so, rather then gently and sensibly, several times a week.

So go on, take my challenge! Set the alarm half an hour earlier for 3 days this week, get into your favourite form of exercise and work up a gentle sweat, then see what an amazing difference it makes to the day and your productivity! If you’ve not exercised for some time, it makes sense to consult the Doctor before starting any new programme of exercise.

How can I handle the challenge of a client lunch and all those nights in hotels?

Try ordering two starters and having one as the main course. The different starters will handle your need for variety and leave that satisfied feeling.

Avoid a full cooked breakfast and try poached eggs on brown toast instead. Go for cereals which have a high fibre content and add low fat or soya milk. The body needs 25g of fibre a day and this step alone would enable most people to lose 10lbs in weight during a year.

Make sure that you drink enough water – a minimum of 2 litres each and every day. It’s water, not other drinks that your body needs at regular intervals. Don’t mistake hunger for thirst; by the time the mouth is dry, your body is already dehydrated. Take it sensibly though, as excess water (more than 4 litres a day) can result in other health challenges. Alcohol and caffeinated drinks are very dehydrating to the body, so for faster weight loss, reduce intake of these.

What about the finger buffet at lunch and all those morning/afternoon snacks?

Go for sandwiches with no mayo and salad items in in your finger buffet diet. Look for, or request some simple salad items (small tomatoes, cucumber pieces and celery are easy to eat with one hand).

Eat a piece of fruit at morning or afternoon breaks, rather than biscuits and cakes. Take your own fruit or some chopped veggies like carrots and celery to work if necessary.

How do I best combat stress?

Acting on the above tips will increase your productivity as a Management Consultant by increasing energy and vitality. Eating a healthy diet is one of the best ways of handling stress at source, before it ever becomes a problem.

Alcohol and caffeine may seem like a short term fix for stress, but they contain toxins and minimising consumption is a far better strategy for effective stress management and rapid weight loss. Reducing consumption of toxins means that the body doesn’t have to work hard at eliminating them and can concentrate on the more important task of metabolising away fat instead.

Despite a busy lifestyle, you can do these simple things; so make a start today and make 2009 your best year ever!
